Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

All orders are shipped via USPS with  3-5 day shipping to any street address in all 50 states. USPS only delivers on business days & Saturdays. Please allow 1 business day for your order to be shipped from our warehouse. You will receive an email with payment, receipt & tracking information after completing your order.

We recommend using USPS Tracking to track & manage your order once it has shipped. Please contact our customer service at info@sweetlandmx.com to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped.

REFUND POLICY

Candy is a perishable item.  To comply with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) policies, SWEETLAND does NOT accept returns of any candy products.  The only exception to this is if an incorrect item was sent.  

All claims of damage must be made with the delivery company. 

DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY

All shipments are inspected for quality before leaving our warehouse. Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery to make sure that it was not damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product orders must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
